The site
Hollow Lane is the kind of site that rewards arriving late in the season. The approach is a single-track lane with three passing places, which deters anything over eight metres and keeps the field quiet through August.
Facilities are modest and immaculate: two family shower rooms, a chemical disposal point that drains properly, and a water tap at every second pitch. There is no shop, no bar and no entertainment, which the owners state plainly on their booking page.
