The site
One of the few Dales sites that stays genuinely usable in January. The hardstanding is properly laid and drains, and the owners grit the access road, which matters more than any facility list when the temperature drops.
Pitches are marked at nine metres and spaced sensibly. Expect stone walls, a beck along the eastern boundary and no mobile signal on two of the four networks.
