Comfort
Heating, bedding and insulation for travel outside the season.

Comfort in a vehicle is mostly thermal management. Heating output is less important than insulation, ventilation and where the cold bridges are.
Most vehicles can be made usable in winter for under £400, provided the heating is already sound.
