A 200W roof array in British conditions returns roughly 40 to 60Ah on a good spring day and under 15Ah in December. Plan around the December figure if you intend to travel year-round.
Controller choice is the difference between a working system and a decorative one. MPPT is now cheap enough that PWM has no remaining argument.
